You remain responsible for complying with the terms of any third-party platform you interact with.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

Some features of Acleria may require a paid subscription. Pricing, billing frequency, and cancellation terms will be presented to you before you subscribe. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

5. Intellectual Property

Acleria and its logos, product name, and underlying software are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding.

6. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any research, analytics, or projections it provides (including margin or ROAS calculations) will be accurate or guarantee any business outcome.
